About me

Hi, I'm Aleksandra, but everyone calls me Ola.

I fell into HR the way most good things happen, by accident. Over 10 years ago I picked up the phone for my first recruitment call, something just clicked, and it turned out people were my superpower. I never looked back.

Since then I've worked with companies across industries and borders, supporting teams and organizations in all kinds of HR challenges, from building recruitment processes from scratch to navigating complex organizational changes. For the last 2 years I've been doing it independently, working with clients around the world as a freelance HR consultant.

A while back I decided to shake things up and moved to Rio de Janeiro, yes, really. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made, and it's made me even better at working across time zones, cultures, and perspectives.

What I love most about this work? Watching things shift. A hiring process that used to take months suddenly clicks. A team that struggled to communicate finds its rhythm. A manager who dreaded difficult conversations starts having them with confidence.

Success Fee

For recruitment projects, I work on a success fee basis. You only pay when the right person is on board. We agree on the terms upfront, no surprises.

Hourly Consulting
